Wellness Courses: Elevate your quality of life to a next level
In this course, I will introduce you a perspective of wellness and how it works during the first session and with the second session we will go deep one wellness dimension that you wish disscuss and improve. Each session will take 45-50 minutes. that we find most relevant at the moment and creating your first tools, which will elevate your quality of life and well-being to the next level. We can have conversation 1:1 by zoom or whatsapp or similar platform you find comfortable.
We working on several wellness dimensions both on basic and advanced levels with 5 sessions and 45 minutes each session. Examining the results about what can improve before we can go to next one. Reexmaning and improving the existing tools with sessions by zoom or whatsapp or similar that will work for you.
We are going through all the aspects of the Wellness with 10 sessions. Examining each dimension of the wellness and make priority on any Wellness you find more relevant interesting for you without lossing most important. We create your individual tools, which you will be using and developing by yourself during all your life. The sessions provides via Zoom, whatsapp or similar that will work for you.

I have been working as spinologist in Spain and Ireland since 2015 and then moved back to Sweden where I contunied to work. The examination method and adjustment that we use are very specific and focus on finding a misaligned vertebra that may occur on the unnatural position and solving it by using a uniqe techniqe to adjust it. I also have 25 years of experience in various martial arts and fitness, which helps a lot in understanding how the body works.
I am also having master degree in political science with focus on security policy and International Law from Swedish Defense University 2016. My master essay was focusing on Cuban Missil Crisis 1962 and using social psychology as instrument to explain the internal conflicts between US government offcials and who were the part of so called Excomm (Executive Committee of the National Security Council).
